LIMITATIONS IN THE BOHR MODEL: A DEEPER LOOK

While groundbreaking for its time, the Bohr model possessed several limitations that ultimately became its replacement. One primary issue was its inability to completely predict the spectra of multi-electron atoms. The model also failed to explain phenomena like quantumtunneling. Furthermore, its deterministic nature contradicted with the inherent
